Biigitigong Nishnaabeg is a First Nation community also known as Pic River First Nation.[1]

- August 2014: The community of 1,200 citizens is developing its own laws through a constitution project that began in 2006. The community leadership and a dedicated committee are defining the rights of its people and their inherent right to self-government. Legal experts visited the community in 2014 to review the draft of the Biigitigong First Nation Chi-Naaknigewin.[1]
