Albert Platten (born 26 September 1888) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Fort William and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Platten was born at Norwich, Norfolk, England on 26 September 1888.[1]
Service
Platten enlisted at Fort William in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 94th Overseas Battalion (regimental number 198995).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as engineer; his next of kin was recorded as his sister, Cassalia Nunn, of 21 Crib St Ware Herts Eng.[1]
