Aboriginal Litigation Group
The Aboriginal Litigation Group is a division within the Department of Justice Canada.[1]
As of November 2024, the group handled litigation files such as the Prophet River claim regarding breach of fiduciary duty and Treaty 8, and the Tsilhqot’in claim regarding Aboriginal title.[1]
